![]() But if you load into a random world and love your Seed, you can always look to see what Seed you have. Once you start a world, the seeds can no longer be changed. Minecraft seeds are a series of numbers that make up a specific world. ![]() This is another seed for players looking for a challenge when they first start a world. If you swim south of the island, you'll head to a mooshroom island, and if you go east of the island, you'll make it to reach a jungle biome. As soon as you reach the top, you'll be able to rest on a mini sand island. With this Seed, you'll spawn in the ocean and have to swim up right away if you want to survive. This Seed is especially dangerous because it connects you to another ancient city. You'll be able to find good loot to start your world. You'll spawn inside an ancient city if you play smart enough. If you want to explore the ancient city as soon as you spawn, this Seed is for you. If you build a nether portal, you'll instantly spawn next to a nether fortress. I remember at the bottom of the map thing it said something like 'Try our new experimental seed finder' and when you clicked that it opened a pane which allowed you to choose biomes and such and then it actually generated the seed number which matched what you selected after running through a bunch of seeds. You'll quickly notice how some of the village buildings are as big as the trees near the Mangrove Swamp, and if you go underneath the village, you'll find a Stronghold. It isnt, though it looked a lot like that. In this Seed, you'll spawn in a desert village near a Mangrove Swamp biome. Climb the mountains, and you'll find several different biomes next to each other, with a giant cliff leading into an even bigger body of water. You'll spawn in the desert next to a small pond in this Seed. If you venture into the nether, you'll spawn next to a bastion connected to a nether fortress. Right next to the ancient, you can find a stronghold at 91, -33, 649. Right underneath the village, you'll find two ancient cities, and the first one can be located with these coordinates: 174, -38, 586. ![]() You'll spawn right next to a village on the mountain with two blacksmiths that'll have good loot to start you off. By double tapping on the map, you can quickly enable/disable the functionality as well.This is another great starter seed if you're looking to explore the new content right away. With that option enabled, you can drag the map with your finger to navigate, you can pinch to zoom in and out, and you can tap and hold to set a marker on the map. When using a touch-enabled device, an extra option for enabling/disabling touchscreen control will appear below the map. The "Save Map" button allows you to save the currently shown map as png image file. You can always remove and add the marker by double clicking on the map. ![]() The lower inputs allow you to go to a specific point (e.g., your base) of the map and set a marker there. You can use the slider below the map or your mousewheel for zooming. To scroll, use your arrow keys while your mouse cursor points at the map, or move your mouse while holding down the left mouse button. Once you entered your seed and version you can start using the map. The app does this the same way Minecraft does, so it's safe to use letters (and other characters) as well. If you type in anything else (like letters), it will be converted to a number. It’s based in Paris, and includes several real-life locations that have been built out to an extreme degree play through the adventure. You should also know that a seed is always a number (up to around 20 digits). So this isn’t a seed, it’s a full-blown adventure map, but I’m sure you can work around that, because this is one of the most detailed, intricate, and beautiful Minecraft maps around. When loading a seed from a level, the seed will automatically be stored as a level. Levels allow you to store and reuse seeds on this website, without having to load your savegame every time. On Windows you can use %appdata%\.minecraft\saves to get to that folder. You can find the savegames in the saves folder of your Minecraft installation. Level.dat is a small file located in the folder of every Minecraft savegame. The latter can be done by clicking on "Load from Save." and selecting your level.dat, or by drag&dropping the level.dat file into your browser window. You can either type it in manually, or you can load it from your savegame. The first thing you should do is select a seed and version.
